Tuong Long Co. Ltd, established in 2000, was formerly a commercial unit twill garment product. In 2013, the company acquired the entire operation of than Kao Sha (Taiwan) Textile Co. Ltd. The facility was converted fully to weave Indigo Denim fabrics.

The company is in Song Than 2 Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province, about 18km from Ho Chi Minh City. It covers an area of ​​over 50,000 square meters, with over 300 employees with modern Picanol looms from Belgium.

The weaving capacity of the facility has an annual capacity of up to 15 million meters of denim fabric. The company plans to double production over the course of next few years with a 30% – 40% growth rate per year.

Our in house lab is certified by BV and ITS for testing to ensure strict inspection process from raw materials to finished products, meeting AATCC, ASTM & ISO standards for the American and European markets.

The application of automatic technology to the blending of Dyes chemicals helps optimizing in creating stability in the quality of finished products.

Tuong Long’s commitment use “Aniline-Free dyes from Archroma of Switzerland” is a commitment for better environmental impact and consideration for humankind. Moreover we value the expertise from our dye supplier to ensure the quality of every meter of finished fabric.

In 2020, Tuong Long embarked in adopting further sustainability with the installation a solar energy system, a marked effort in minimizing the negative environmental impacts of our industry and we are proud to be part of the sustainable evolution in our industry.

Tuong Long currently has facility of ​​more than 50,000 square meters, with more than 300 skilled employees of experience in denim fabric production.

With a multinational staffing structure, with experts from Taiwan and Europe, Tuong Long can meet almost all requirements for the respective fabric standards.

The company’s annual output reached more than 15 million meters of denim fabric annually.

Over the course of 2 years we strive to expand the facility to twice the capacity and improve better machinery and output.

ECO PROJECT

Archroma Green Denim dyes use at Tuong Long to help reduce the impact on the environment.

Currently, “Aniline” impurities are an unavoidable component in the manufacture of indigo dyed denim. The removal of hazardous impurities from the denim supply chain is aimed at protecting workers who produce denim, consumers who wear denim and the environment with cleaner water (Alexander Wessels – CEO Archroma) is the goal that Tuong Long is always aspiring to.

With the use of Achroma – aniline free dyes (minimum aniline content) in production, Tuong Long is fully capable of making products with the lowest possible aniline content, while minimizing the amount of wastewater discharged from the dyeing saving up to  90% water than conventional dyes.

One of Tuong Long’s specific actions to build a sustainable denim industry is to produce recycled products from recycled fibers.

These fibers meet the RCS-issued specifications, ensuring the finished product is more eco-friendly without sacrificing the inherent quality of the denim.
